Scald End Farm Butchery
Here at scald end farm shop all the lamb, beef and pork we sell to you is reared to Red Tractor standards.
We believe in locally sourced food, we produce our own lamb but support other local farmers by selling their beef (ravensden), pork (little staughton) and chickens (Cardington).
We belief in low food miles and supporting local rural business’s and we use Hellets in Kimbolton which is a small independent abattoir.
We then get the whole carcass back from Hellets and after some significant hanging time (we belief the longer the better with beef) we can then cut any cut specific to your requirements. We then have a variety of joints, steaks, mince, dice and a wide selection of handmade sausages and Burgers on offer in the farm shop each week.
