TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Arrival and Departure Times:
Keys are available for collection from 4pm until 6pm. If you are planning on arriving after 6pm please inform us in advance.
The accommodation must be vacated by 10am on date of departure.

Confirmation and Payment:
Booking will be confirmed only by advanced payment of 50 % of the total balance.
The remaining 50 % is due on arrival. No keys will be issued without payment.

Price Includes:
Fresh linen on arrival. Wireless broadband access.

Cancellation:
All confirmation payments are non-refundable unless the cottage can be re let for the specified time.

Safety:
Guests MUST accept responsibility for their own and childs safety. Scald End Farm is a busy working farm and children MUST be supervised at ALL times.

Pets:
Pets are permitted by prior arrangement at £20 per pet per week. They must not be left in the property unattended and MUST be kept on a lead at all times around the farm.

Right of Entry:
Management are allowed the right to enter the cottages at reasonable times to inspect and undertake maintenance on the property.

Breakages and Damages:
All breakages and damages must be reported and paid for.

Non Smoking Policy:
We do not permit smoking inside the cottages, however there is a designated outdoor smoking area for the convenience of our guests.
