TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Arrival and Departure Times:
Keys are available for collection from 4pm. If you are planning on arriving after 6pm please inform us in advance.
The accommodation must be vacated by 10am on date of departure.
Cancellation:
All deposits are non-refundable and if you have paid the balance, it will only be refunded if the Cottage can be re-let before arrival date.
Confirmation and Payment:
All booking must be confirmed by a non returnable 50 % deposit which must be received by us within 5 working days from the date in which the booking is taken or booking is cancelled.
Remaining balance is payable in advance or upon arrival. No keys will be issued without payment.
Safety:
Guests must accept responsibility for their own and children's safety. Scald End Farm is a busy working farm and children must be supervised at all times.
Pets:
Pets are permitted by prior arrangement at £25 per week.
Right of Entry:
Management are allowed the right to enter the cottages at reasonable times to inspect and undertake maintenance on the property.
Breakages and Damages:
All breakages and damages must be paid for
Non Smoking Policy:
We are a totally non smoking establishment, smoking is not permitted anywhere on our premesis.
